		<description>My very first BCD years ago was the original Spartan BCD.  Even back then, it oozed with features normally seen in high-end BCDs - quick-release shoulder straps, pull-dump, and 2 OPVs (one behind the right shoulder, and the other on the lower right).  Solid construction, with high strength Denier Cordura exteriors, this BCD got me through my early dive days.

Over the years, I've seen the Spartan line improve, with more features every time.  But the bottom lineand main feature for this BCD  has remained the same:
